New Ownership Announcement

                Dear Valued Affiliates,

                We are pleased to announce, effective immediately, that the key assets of Energy Automation Systems, Incorporated, Assured Energy Associates, and Energy Project Assurance Corporation have been formally acquired by Energy Integrated Solutions, Inc. (“EIS”).  We will work diligently and with renewed focus and commitment to provide you, our network of Affiliates in the USA and around the globe, with the solutions, service, and support to help you succeed and grow.  From this date, our business will be conducted under the name EIS or Energy Integrated Solutions, with our main office in Atlanta, Georgia. Our website is now live at www.energyintegratedsolutions.com and we encourage you to review it and let us know if you have any thoughts or suggestions.

                I’m sure you are wondering how this change affects you — our valued partner.  The answer to this question is “Only Positively.” EIS is aware that our success is dependent upon providing you with the tools and technologies to provide value for your customers. Simply put, your success is our success and we greatly value this relationship. We are only setting the bar higher– building upon our 30 years of expertise and migrating to a higher level of services, state of the art technology, and improved levels of energy efficiency. We want to be there for our Affiliates with the right kind of support, delivered in a timely manner, to help you provide value for your customers and make the sales you want to grow your business.

                Bringing you better service and support will help you expand your business through:
                1.	Enhanced energy efficiency products
                2.	Increased field support
                3.	Expanded solutions portfolio and addressable market
                4.	New lighting product lines and access to expert lighting consultants
                5.	New services being developed (water, air compression)
                6.	A more streamlined business model

                There will be no immediate effects on your accounts regardless of the company with which you were originally affiliated. In the near future, however, you will receive information concerning potential new procedures and policies, which will include logos, product lines, services, technical and sales support, and corporate policies.  EIS has promised to maintain current operations while investing new time and resources into expanding its portfolio, technical training, updating equipment, and upgrading systems to serve you more efficiently.

                We understand that this acquisition represents a change in our company name, but rest assured that our services will not be negatively affected in any way, but rather, will only improve the level of service and strengthen our relationships.  We are committed to working with you to overcome any challenges.

                The new leadership team is a selected coalition of professionals and entrepreneurs from Energy, Engineering, and Manufacturing Production Enhancement industries, who have a history of success working individually and together for more than 20 years.  Team members hold similar values and philosophy for doing business, and have achieved excellent results for customers, with an emphasis

                At the new company, you will still rely on the same personal working relationships that you have had in the past. You will still be dealing with the same people and can depend on the same level of high quality of service and the new, more data-driven, analysis procedures we are using.

Mondelez International, Inc. is an American multinational confectionery, food and beverage conglomerate, employing around 100,000 people around the world.
